Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Use is to define the terms and conditions under which the company SCHRADER SAS makes the website www.schrader.fr, a non-commercial website, available, and the conditions of use of the Site by the User.
Any connection to the Site is subject to compliance with these conditions.
For the User, the simple fact of accessing the Site at the following URL http://www.schrader.fr implies the unreserved acceptance of all of the Terms and Conditions described hereafter.
Definitions
Email: a personal address for receiving email messages.
SCHRADER SAS: the company Schrader SAS and its affiliates.
Site: the www.schrader.fr website.
User: any person who uses the Site or any of the services offered on the Site.
Accessing the Site
SCHRADER SAS endeavours to ensure the best possible access to the Site, and to this end access may be interrupted for maintenance. In addition, access to the Site may be exceptionally interrupted in the case of force majeure or an event beyond SCHRADER SAS’s control, and subject to possible breakdowns and other maintenance interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the Site and its services.
Consequently, SCHRADER SAS cannot guarantee the availability of the Site and/or services, transmission reliability, or performance in terms of response time or quality.
SCHRADER SAS cannot be held liable in the event that it is impossible to access this Site and/or use the services therein.

The User undertakes not to send messages to SCHRADER SAS (by email or by post) containing vulgar, racist or pornographic content or violating the privacy of a third party.
The User undertakes not to intentionally or unintentionally introduce a virus or a file of any nature whatsoever that would disrupt the proper functioning of the Site.
SCHRADER SAS reserves the right to take legal action against any malicious User.

The User who wishes to create a simple link to the presentation page of the Site must obtain prior authorization from SCHRADER SAS. Under no circumstances shall this link imply an affiliation agreement.

Cookies

The “SCHRADER®” trademark is a registered trademark of SCHRADER SAS or one of its affiliates. Any representation, reproduction, or partial or total use of these trademarks, of whatever nature, is strictly prohibited.
Evolution of the General Terms and Conditions of Use
SCHRADER SAS reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the present Terms and Conditions of Use in order to adapt them to the evolutions of the Site.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Both the present Site and the Terms and Conditions of its use are governed by French law, regardless of the place of use. Any dispute, whatever its nature or cause, and in the absence of an amicable settlement, will be exclusively subject to the competent courts under the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Besançon, France, even in the case of a plurality of defendants or of the introduction of third parties. In the event that the Site and/or the Terms and Conditions of Use are translated into a language other than French, the French version shall prevail.
